Interested in Becoming a Member or Renter?
Thank you for your inquiry to Vista Villa. Vista Villa is an association of member owners that consists of:
-75 member lots
-5 annual rental lots
-39 dock rentals (available for season, monthly, weekly or daily rental)
-Private beach and playground
The memberships are available for sale by owner from time to time. The Board of Trustees maintains a list of interested people that we share with members when they decide they are going to sell their membership. Member RVs at Vista Villa can be up to 12 foot wide by 36 foot long and cannot be taller than 15 ft and a total square footage has to be under 400 SQ FT. RVs cannot be more than 10 years old when entering VVA. Member lots are determined by a lottery system and memberships are not attached to a specific lot in the park.
Rental lots are available at they become available with current renters having first option for renewal each year. The Board of Directors also maintains a wait list for those that interested in renting. When a Rental lot becomes available the Board contacts those on our wait list (oldest to newest). Rental lots are only able to accommodate travel trailers up to 36 feet long and less than 10 years old, and renters along with members are responsible for their own electric and cable for their lot.
